Welcome Brianne—
It was a pleasure meeting you and hearing about your vision for your new Las Olas home. I created this private page to give you a deeper look at how I work, what’s included in my process, and what the next steps might look like if we choose to move forward together.

My role as your designer is to bring clarity, calm, and creativity to every decision—ensuring that your home feels both deeply personal, functional and beautiful.

How we work

The studio’s process is high-touch and divided into three key phases:

1. Design Concept
We start with a clear vision—exploring layout, spatial flow, materials, and lifestyle priorities. This phase includes:
• Site walkthrough or plan review
• Moodboards and material palettes
• Spatial layouts and furniture zones

2. Design Development
Once the vision is approved, we move into detailed plans and selections. This includes:
• Cabinetry and millwork drawings
• Lighting and electrical plans
• Final finish and fixture selections
• Furniture, art, and window treatment sourcing

3. Procurement & Installation
With selections approved, we manage orders, deliveries, and installation so your home comes together seamlessly. This includes:
• Order tracking and coordination
• White glove delivery
• Styling and final install day support

What’s included

We work with clients who want a fully supported, turn-key experience—from early design decisions to final install day. You’ll receive a clear roadmap and dedicated support at every phase.

We provide full-service design for the entire home—including all bedrooms, living areas, kitchen, baths, outdoor living, and specialty spaces.

Your project will include:

Design

  • Custom layouts and space planning

  • Finish and materials selections

  • Cabinetry design and elevations

  • Lighting and hardware specification

  • Curated furnishings and art

Styling

  • Full Styling day at the end of the project

  • Onsite visits with install oversight and management

  • Collaboration with your architect, builder, and trades

Investment

Studio Eleonora projects are priced as follows:

  • Design Fee: for new construction projects, we bill at a rate of $250 per hour for project work including design development, sourcing, project management, site visits, installation coordination, and client communication. Invoices are issued monthly with payment due upon receipt.

  • Procurement fee: All furnishings, fixtures, and materials purchased through Studio Eleonora are invoiced at our exclusive trade pricing plus a procurement fee of 20%. Trade pricing reflects the designer discounts we receive from our vendor partners, which often range from 20–50% below retail. This structure allows you to benefit from our industry pricing while ensuring your project receives full-service procurement, delivery coordination, and quality control (we deal with all product issues!).

Third-party services

Studio Eleonora’s design and procurement fees include all layout planning, sourcing, and project coordination. Certain third-party services required to execute the design are billed directly to you by the provider. We do not markup these costs, and you’ll have full transparency at all times.

These may include:
• White-glove delivery and installation
• Warehousing or receiver fees
• Art hanging, drapery installation, or electrical work
• On-site trade day styling support

We’re happy to recommend trusted providers and coordinate these services as part of the overall project flow.

Portfolio + Vision

We can imagine for you a look that is calm, tonal, with layered neutrals and a luxe feel.

Several projects we’ve done in California and South Florida are shown here, and reflected this look. Given the neutral palette, we would propose to use the following details to add dimension and interest.

  • Architectural coffered ceilings for dimension and subtle rhythm

  • Oversized glazing and sightlines to frame light and flow

  • Ceiling-mounted, floor-to-ceiling drapery to elongate space (also can soften acoustics)

  • Beyond kitchen/bathrooms, additional places with detailed custom cabinetry that supports your specific routines

  • Statement lighting that anchors but doesn’t overwhelm

  • Dimmer switches and dimmable lights for better evening routines

  • Integrated air and water filtration (often designers don’t do this, but we have vendors we highly recommend and its a game changer)

  • Comprehensive storage for visual clarity and a sense of calm

  • Wallpaper, wall paneling, or plaster/limewash wall treatments that bring organic depth

  • (working with the architect) Indoor-outdoor continuity, with elevated outdoor furniture and layouts (sometimes this is hard in South Florida, but with loggias and pergolas there are ways to make this work)

  • Art, mirrors, and sculptural elements placed with restraint

  • Use of wood tones, tonal upholstery, and layered natural textures - a lot of textures!

  • Editorial-level Styling with items that reflect you!

These are the things that make a house feel timeless, livable, and “resolved.”

Why Clients Choose Studio Eleonora

Undoubtedly we’re relatively new in Florida, transplants from Northern California / Silicon Valley. Same as in the West Coast, in South Florida the Studio’s clients have been high-performing individuals and families who want their homes to be more than beautiful—they want them to feel aligned with their values of wellbeing, craftsmanship, quality and beauty.

At Studio Eleonora, we combine timeless aesthetics with smart living principles, material integrity, and full-service support.

Director-led studio

We’ve intentionally remained boutique. While we employ a project coordinator, draftsperson, and a junior designer, all creative direction is led by our founder and principal designer, Ella. This means you receive thoughtful, senior-level design direction at every stage without the communication risks of larger firms.

Expertise That Goes Beyond Aesthetics

We pay special attention when we work with craftspersons/trades and vendors to ensure a high level of quality and craftsmanship is achieved, and a strong consideration is made around "is this healthy/good for you" and alternatives and cost/value are evaluated. We also do more than design- we will help you ensure to dial-in your water/air quality, lighting, clutter/ flow, and material safety so your home is really complete for you.

Local Expertise

Having spent years immersed in the Florida new-build market, we understand what works—and what doesn’t—across climate, construction, and lifestyle. We bring a curated network of trusted builders, fabricators, and artisans to each project. And because we live and work where you do, we’re able to bring regional nuance and hands-on care that simply can’t be outsourced. We deeply value the power of the local community and more times than none, the project team becomes like family.

Value Engineering

Our director Ella’s first career was in financial services at Goldman Sachs and in tech at Google. As a result, she’s is a prudent value engineer when it comes to time and money, and prioritizing what matters in interior design. If there are areas you’re interested in investing in, she’ll recommend different approaches, and on the inverse, if there are areas where you’d like to budget, she’ll find clever, creative ways to save you money. She will further recommend where to invest, and where to be more prudent. This is ultimately a partnership, and we value and honor the trust you have in us with your investment.

FAQs

How do you work with my architect and builder?

We collaborate closely with your architect and builder to ensure the interiors are deeply aligned with the architectural intent—but also optimized for how you’ll actually live in the space.

While the architect focuses on the structure, our role is to shape the interior experience: how each space flows, functions, and feels. We handle all interior finishes, cabinetry layouts, lighting plans, and material selections—while coordinating seamlessly with your construction timeline and team. Our involvement ensures the design vision is fully realized down to the last detail.

What kind of furnishings budget should I plan for?

Every project is different, but for a fully designed home, most of our clients allocate $30 per sq ft up to $100 per sq ft toward furnishings, lighting, art, window treatments, and styling. We tailor each proposal based on your priorities—but we’ll never push spending for the sake of it. Our goal is a home that feels complete, lasting, and aligned with your lifestyle. We also can easily adjust if you want to go budget-friendly in areas, and invest in others. This is exactly the type of value engineering we are known for.

Do you create 3D renderings?

We offer 3D renderings selectively—for key spaces where scale, custom millwork, or complex architectural details make it useful. Kitchens, great rooms, and specialty cabinetry are common candidates.

That said, most of our clients prefer a more curated, streamlined process. Instead of hyper-digital visuals, we present clear layouts, material palettes, and moodboards that reflect the actual textures, tones, and quality of the final space. We also work directly with your builder and trades to translate our vision with precision—ensuring that what’s built is even better than what’s imagined.

Do you handle procurement and installation?

Yes. We manage sourcing, order tracking, warehouse coordination, and final installation. You’ll receive a detailed furnishings tracker and regular updates. On install day, we’re present to ensure everything arrives in perfect condition, styled as intended.

What’s the typical timeline?

Design typically takes anywhere from 3-12 months depending on the size and complexity of the project. Procurement and installation follow construction milestones. We align closely with your GC or builder to keep everything flowing smoothly.

Can I be as involved—or hands-off—as I want?

Absolutely. Some clients want to collaborate on every decision. Others prefer to be shown a curated direction with minimal back and forth. We tailor our process to your pace and preferences while ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Next Steps

If it feels aligned, here’s how we begin:

1. Schedule a Design Consultation

Consultation Fee: $950
(Applied toward your design fee if we move forward.)

2. Receive a Custom Proposal
After the consultation, you’ll receive a tailored proposal outlining scope, fees, and phases. This includes a detailed list of what’s included, so you feel clear on the process and investment.

3. Design Kickoff
Once we’re aligned, we begin the design. You’ll receive a proposed timeline, onboarding checklist, and clear communication from day one. We keep the process streamlined, personalized, and built around your pace and preferences.
