Ella Mihov — Founder & Creative Director
Ella’s expertise is at the intersection of interior design, real estate investment, and innovation. Her path blends discipline and reinvention: from her earliest professional experience at Goldman Sachs to launching an award-winning startup in Silicon Valley, to a decade at Google leading home innovation. Along the way, her passion for design-forward custom homes and investment properties evolved—from personal projects to upscale residential commissions.
Now based in Fort Lauderdale, Ella leads Studio Eleonora with a focus on interior design for residential clients. The firm has a unique passion for impeccable aesthetics, precision and craftsmanship, and for optimizing our clients’ investments in their properties.
Ella holds degrees from Duke University and The Wharton School, and design training from the New York Institute of Art and Design.

Our Team
A trusted network that enables a healthy home
Based in downtown Fort Lauderdale, Studio Eleonora designs for private residences, bespoke yachts, and new developments in South Florida and beyond. We’re a small, agile team of designers and doers. In our interior design projects, we include CAD and 3D visualization, FF&E sourcing, owner’s representation, and overall project management (but not general contractor work).
To make this all happen, we assemble a bespoke team of dedicated vendors for each project’s unique scope and vision.
We’ve spent years vetting building materials, furniture makers, and rug manufacturers the way I once evaluated products: by testing, comparing, and asking hard questions. Only the ones that clear our bar for craftsmanship, durability, and quality materials make it into our network. The result is a curated group of vendors, artisans, and tradespeople who share our commitment to integrity in how things are made.
That same standard shapes what goes into your home. For remodels and new builds, we specify FSC-certified cabinetry, recycled tile, non-toxic paint, and natural flooring. For furniture and decor, we favor sustainable upholstery and slipcovers where possible, wool rugs, organic bedding, and natural window coverings. Beautiful rooms should also be healthy ones.
Design Philosophy
Studio Eleonora was founded on the belief that true luxury interiors carry an aesthetic that revitalizes the soul, while staying grounded in intense durability and function. We believe spaces can do more; 90% of life is spent indoors - and thus have an added depth in wellness-driven design.
Every project begins with a partnership with our clients. We study our clients’ goals and together help bring forth their visions. We also consider the location and seek to enhance the project’s sense of place rather than overwriting it.
